Photos uploaded through the "Mark Complete" feature are stored in private memory albums. Private memory album photos are visible only to the account owner and are not publicly displayed unless a future feature specifically allows public sharing.
Users remain responsible for all content they upload. WanderRoad reserves the right to remove content that violates these Terms.
Users who publish trips to the WanderRoad Community understand that published trip content may be viewed, saved, shared, and interacted with by other users. Published content may appear in community feeds, search results, curator picks, or featured content sections.

WanderRoad uses artificial intelligence to generate trip recommendations and itineraries. AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies, may become outdated, and should not be considered professional travel advice. Users are responsible for independently verifying all travel information before beginning a trip.
Travel information generated by WanderRoad may not always be complete, accurate, or current. Users should independently verify:
WanderRoad is not responsible for travel decisions, losses, injuries, delays, closures, accidents, or travel disruptions arising from information provided through the platform.
The WanderRoad application, branding, design, logos, software, and platform content are owned by WanderRoad and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Users may not copy, reverse engineer, reproduce, or redistribute application content or branding without permission.
WanderRoad may contain links to third-party websites, attractions, hotels, booking services, affiliate partners, and other travel providers. WanderRoad is not responsible for third-party services, content, transactions, or privacy practices. Use of third-party services is at the user's own risk.
Some links displayed within WanderRoad may be affiliate links. If users make purchases through affiliate links, WanderRoad may receive a commission at no additional cost to the user. Affiliate relationships do not influence user-generated content or editorial decisions.
WanderRoad is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, WanderRoad, its owners, operators, affiliates, and partners disclaim all warranties regarding accuracy, reliability, availability, and fitness for a particular purpose.
WanderRoad shall not be liable for travel disruptions, route inaccuracies, business closures, booking issues, lost data, personal injury, property damage, or any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the platform. Use of WanderRoad is at the user's own risk.
